The City of Jamestown is committed to making its website, programs, services, and activities accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities.

If anyone is unable to read, understand, or gather needed information from this website, they can reach out directly to City Hall at 931-879-8815, and our office will do everything it can to meet any ADA needs that are expressed.

You may also contact us in person at 314 East Central Avenue, Jamestown, TN 38556, during office hours (Monday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.). When you call or visit, please let staff know what you need — for example, having information read to you, explained in another way, or provided in an alternative format — and we will work with you to make the information accessible.

There is no wrong way to ask. Every request is taken seriously, and no one will be turned away for needing help using this website or any City service.
